Driver-attended pickup
The first model being evaluated for a controlled Finley pilot.
A MicrogreensLA driver remains with the vehicle during one approved pickup window and hands confirmed orders directly to customers.
Proposed Stage 1 flow
Driver-attended from arrival to closeout
Stage 1 keeps custody and customer handoff with MGLA during an approved window. A host location is never published or activated solely because someone expresses interest.
- 1MGLA approves a product, quantity, host site, and pickup window.
- 2Eligible customers receive accurate ordering and pickup terms.
- 3The driver arrives with confirmed orders and remains on site.
- 4Customers check in and receive their orders directly from the driver.
- 5MGLA records handoff results, exceptions, and fulfillment evidence.
